I’m Melissa Duran, a Real Estate Advisor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Baja Real Estate, proudly helping clients navigate the Los Cabos real estate market.

I’m originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, but I grew up in California. In 2008, I made Los Cabos my home, and since then, I’ve had the opportunity to experience firsthand how much this destination has grown and evolved. Living here for so many years has given me a deep appreciation for the communities, lifestyle, and unique opportunities that make Los Cabos such a special place to call home.

I’ve always believed that real estate is about much more than buying or selling a property — it’s about people, relationships, and helping clients find a place that truly fits their lifestyle and goals. My approach is personal, honest, and client-focused. I take the time to understand what each person is looking for, communicate clearly and transparently, and pay close attention to the details that make a transaction successful.

Being bilingual and having grown up between two cultures gives me a unique perspective and allows me to connect with a wide range of clients. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust by your side when making such a significant investment, especially in another country.

The most rewarding part of this work is building relationships that go beyond a transaction. I’m grateful for the trust my clients place in me, and I’m committed to providing the same level of care and dedication I would want for my own family.

Outside of real estate, my greatest joy is spending time with my husband and three daughters, whether that means a swim at the beach, time outdoors, or discovering one of the many great restaurants the area has to offer.
