About Terrena Huisman
Terrena joins us from a Berkshire office in Toronto, Canada, where she has been in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry since 2018. After graduating from Dalhousie University with a BComm with Honours, Terrena has been a motivated businesswoman and has found the best application of her entrepreneurial passions is in Real Estate and making people happy.
Having assisted funding of over $63m in mortgages and transitioned to a very successful first year in real estate as a buyers agent, Terrena knew she had a knack for the numbers and that this was truly what she loved to do. For her first year of real estate, she received Berkshire Hathaway’s Leading Edge Society production award and helped many buyers make smart investment decisions based on real data.
Terrena is also involved in blockchain real estate transactions, cryptocurrency, and the NFT space, where she looks forward to assisting more clients with purchasing homes through decentralized funds. She has a passion to educate people on the coming evolutions of this new industry and how to expand their real estate portfolios with blockchain technology.
Terrena has been a consistent visitor of Cabo for over 10 years and is pleased to join the rest of her family and now call it her permanent home since February 2022.
In her free time, Terrena loves to take her dog to the beach and indulge in mezcal or wine tastings, ideally paired with a beautiful Baja sunset.
